- Security, fraud prevention, and bot protection — protecting sign-in and checkout against automated abuse (set by Clerk's and Stripe's security infrastructure, including Cloudflare and hCaptcha).
What we don't use: We do not use analytics cookies. KombatDesk does not run a product analytics service and sets no analytics cookie of its own. We do not use advertising, targeting, or retargeting cookies. We do not use social media cookies, pixels, or plugins. We do not sell personal information collected through cookies, and we do not use cookies to track you across other websites for advertising. We do not collect sensitive personal information or knowingly collect children's data through cookies.

The tables below describe the cookies and similar technologies in use on the Services, based on an automated scan of our website in July 2026. The exact set may vary depending on which pages you visit. In particular, the Stripe and bot-protection entries below are set on the sign-in and checkout pages that Clerk and Stripe serve, rather than by KombatDesk on its own pages.
Essential — authentication and session
These are strictly necessary for you to sign in and use your account. They cannot be switched off without breaking sign-in.

Essential — security, fraud prevention, and bot protection
These protect sign-in and checkout from automated attacks and payment fraud. They are set by the security infrastructure of our providers (Cloudflare and hCaptcha for Clerk's sign-in protection; Stripe's fraud-detection systems during checkout).

Analytics
None. KombatDesk does not use a product analytics service and sets no analytics cookie. The only cookies you will encounter are the essential ones listed above.

Do-Not-Track and opt-out preference signals
Because we do not use advertising or targeting cookies, do not sell personal information, and do not process personal data for targeted advertising, opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control ("GPC") and browser Do-Not-Track settings do not change how we process your data — there is no advertising or sale activity to opt out of. If our practices ever change, we will update this policy and our Privacy Policy and honor applicable opt-out signals as required by law, including Colorado's universal opt-out mechanism requirements.
